- Programs & milestones: life-change moments, graduations, celebrations, testimonies.
- Events & partnerships: church involvement, donor visits, special gatherings.
- Thrift store moments: behind-the-scenes, volunteers, community impact.
- Best practices: avoid sharing sensitive personal details.
