CITA gratefully accepts new and sellable used furniture, household items, bicycles, clothing, shoes, toys, and more. Thrift store sales directly support our recovery programs serving homeless men, women, and children. Complete the form below and our team will contact you with available pickup dates.

How Pickup Scheduling Works

  • Complete the form below with your donation details and pickup location.
  • Our scheduling team will contact you with available pickup dates.
  • If possible, include photos of the items to help us better understand volume.

Our Stores Cannot Accept

  • Any item that is damaged, broken, ripped, stained, torn, or has a foul odor
  • Console TVs, projection TVs, or old computers
  • Used water filtration systems
  • Children’s car seats or helmets
  • Entertainment centers for console TVs
  • Old rusty fixtures
  • Pianos or organs
  • Gas-fueled stoves and dryers
  • Used mattresses and box springs (may consider if “like new”)
  • Open/used chemicals and paint
  • Scrap metal
  • Propane tanks or oxygen tanks
  • Alcohol
  • Dishwashers
  • Sleep Number beds
  • Pool tables
Final note: It is at our staff’s discretion to accept or decline any items brought in for donation.
