Men’s Program
When life gets off track, the next step doesn’t have to be complicated — it can start with a safe place, a steady routine, and real support. The CITA Men’s Program is a long-term, Christ-centered residential program helping men rebuild their lives with truth, structure, and real support.
- A fresh start with stability — safe housing, consistent routines, and a clear path forward.
- Discipleship & accountability — daily spiritual growth rooted in Scripture, community, and Christ.
- Life skills + job readiness — practical tools to move toward independence, purpose, and lasting change.
What the Men’s Program Provides
CITA’s Men’s Program is built to support long-term, life-changing restoration — not just short-term relief. Here’s a quick look at what happens inside the program and what your support helps make possible.
Safe Housing + Daily Structure
A consistent environment with healthy routines, clear expectations, and practical support that helps men move from crisis toward stability.
Christ-Centered Discipleship
Biblical teaching, chapel services, and discipleship that point to true heart change — because lasting restoration starts with Christ.
Coaching + Accountability
Individual guidance and accountability that help men take ownership of their choices, rebuild trust, and make measurable progress over time.
Life Skills + Next-Step Planning
Practical preparation for independent living — including job readiness, healthy habits, and planning for stable housing and a productive future.
How the Program Works
CITA’s Men’s Program is a long-term pathway designed to move men from crisis toward stability and independence. It combines daily structure, case management, education and vocational development, and deep spiritual growth rooted in God’s Word — so transformation is both practical and lasting.
We focus on teaching men how to live a victorious life according to the Word of God, while pursuing educational, vocational, occupational, and personal goals that lead to self-reliance and healthy community reintegration.
Ready for Change
Residents enter with a sincere desire for change and commit to a structured, faith-based curriculum. During the first 30 days, they work on campus, attend required classes and church services, and are evaluated physically and emotionally to determine the services they may need through CITA and trusted community partners.
Overcomer
Residents begin breaking free from past struggles while demonstrating growth in faith. This phase includes employment assessment, career counseling, vocational training, and continued discipleship— focusing on identity in Christ, calling, and purpose.
Achiever
Residents demonstrate measurable spiritual growth through knowledge of the Bible and maintain sustainable employment outside the Mission. Financial counseling continues with strict budgeting and a savings plan, alongside one-on-one discipleship and life skills. After 90 days of stable employment, residents become eligible for Phase 4.
Housing
Residents transition toward greater independence while continuing spiritual growth and participating in Mission programs. This stage supports successful reentry into the community as stable, Christ-centered men living productive, independent lives.
What We’re Building in Each Man
Our goal is not temporary relief — it is lasting transformation. Through biblical discipleship, structured accountability, and practical training, men grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically as they move toward stable, independent living.
Real transformation happens when identity is rebuilt on truth — not survival. That’s why every step of this program is rooted in God’s Word and centered on who a man is in Christ.
We ask for your prayers and partnership as men grow into who God has called them to be.
