Biography

Chris serves as Director of Operations at Christ is the Answer Rescue Mission, helping support the daily operations and long-term mission of the ministry while working alongside staff to serve guests with compassion, structure, and the hope of Jesus Christ.

Before joining CITA, Chris spent three years at Bethany Christian School, including two years as Director of Spiritual Development, where he led weekly middle and high school chapel services. He also brings more than two decades of experience leading businesses across multiple industries, with a background in operations, strategic planning, process improvement, technology systems, and organizational growth.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction. His diverse professional and educational background helps him bridge ministry, organizational leadership, and program development while supporting CITA’s efforts to create effective pathways for spiritual growth, life transformation, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Originally from California, Chris and his family spent 13 years in Idaho before relocating to Florida in 2022. While in Idaho, he served as a church elder and helped lead a church plant. He and his wife, Bethany, are the proud parents of three daughters.
